- All packages are shipped from Honolulu, Hawaii and shipping times will vary based upon your location.
- Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days from order date. Shipping time may vary during holiday season.

- Any changes or cancellations must be made by telephone prior to shipment. Orders cannot be cancelled once packed or shipped. Customers must receive merchandise and follow the standard return process. We will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Only standard delivery is available for all orders
- For Standard US shipments please allow 3-6 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays
- For PO Box addresses please allow 5-13 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays
- All packages are shipped via United States Postal Services
- Please allow 10-16 business days for standard international shipments.
- This does not include any delays that may occur due to Customs and their rules and regulations.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
